WHY WE'RE BUILDING THIS

The rep is the last priority.

We spent ten combined years in quota-carrying roles. Every tool we used was built for someone else. The manager who needed a forecast, the ops team that needed clean data, the exec that needed a QBR slide. The rep just had to fill in the blanks at the end of the day.

OctoFlow flips that. The rep comes first. If the rep is engaged, organized, and energized, the numbers take care of themselves. The CRM still gets clean data. It just gets it because the rep wanted to use the tool, not because they had to. With a major focus on keeping your network healthy.
